We have invested in the latest Extrusion technology to meet our client's requirements. The finest raw materials are used in the manufacture of quality films in our Blown Film Extrusion process. These can be supplied plain, printed or manufactured into bags. Our investment and process allow us to provide the following capabilities:
- Co-extruded films
- Shrink film
- Form, fill and seal
- Stretch film
- Automatic web control
- Able to extrude from 100mm to 3000mm wide
With the ability to print up to 8 colours using the latest printing technology, our print quality is unsurpassed and we meet the highest industry standards. Once again, continual investment in cutting edge technology enables us to provide the following:

Bagmaking is the process whereby we convert printed or plain film into bags or pouches. Flowe-Pac is equipped with a large variety of Bagmaking equipment, and is capable of producing numerous products which include:
- Side, Bottom and spine seal
- Patch handle
- Gusseted bags
By laminating certain types of films together, we create barriers to suit different products. We customise these sealing properties for individual applications which also improve the look of the packaging. Available in plain or printed films, our laminating capabilities include:
- Plain and printed specialty films
- Barrier films
- Solventless lamination
Equipped with high speed automating slitting and rewinding equipment, we can convert large reels of almost any material into smaller reels. These include laminates, tape and paper as well as printed and coated materials.
Our slitting capabilities include:
- High speed automatic slitting machines
- Slitting of laminates, tape, paper as well as printed and coated materials
